Sugarelle's Custom Cookie Order Form

Thank you for supporting my small business.

Sugarelle's cookies are $60 a dozen, plus any shipping and handling charges if applicable. My goal is to have shipped orders delivered approximately one week ahead of time to ensure you have your cookies in time for your special event.

Minimum order is one dozen cookies. Up to four different designs per dozen. Cookies vary in size from 3" to 5", depending on the design/shape.

Once I receive your inquiry, I will contact you within 48 hours to confirm details of your order.
